ivWatch has established the ivWatch Evaluation Program to provide a process to easily facilitate the evaluation of the ivWatch Model 400 within your hospital or facility.

Making it Easier for Healthcare Facilities

As part of the evaluation process, ivWatch will work with you to establish the location or unit of the evaluation, the number of ivWatch Patient Monitors that will be utilized, the duration of the evaluation and identify the facility Super User/Educators.

Program Recommendations

For the ivWatch evaluation we recommend at least five (5) ivWatch Patient Monitors, with the correlating sensor cables and receptacles for up to one (1) week.

We also recommend you conduct the evaluation in one specific unit within the facility in order to identify and properly train the staff on the use of the device.

It is up to the facility to identify the unit for the ivWatch Model 400 evaluation, but ivWatch recommends any of the following units: ICU, PICU, OR, or Medical/Surgical floors.

Working with ivWatch Staff

Once those elements are defined, ivWatch sales and clinical staff will work with you to schedule staff in-service and/or education sessions. These training sessions can be on site, through online meetings or a combination of both.

After the completion of the necessary education and the ivWatch evaluation begins, ivWatch can have staff on site in addition to telephone and email support to answer questions related to the device throughout the evaluation.

Conclusion of Evaluation

At the conclusion of the ivWatch evaluation, all devices are to be returned to ivWatch. ivWatch will work with you to summarize the results of the evaluation to enable the purchase and implementation of the ivWatch Model 400.
