Controller

We’re looking for Controller who will apply sound accounting principles to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports. You will be hands on in all accounting matters while developing and improving the accounting function within the organization. You will also have an active role in a business that makes a difference in improving patient care and will add value by analyzing data, providing insight and collaborating with others.  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 5-7 years of accounting experience required 
• CPA license preferred 
• Experience in manufacturing environment, medical device industry or public accounting/audit experience preferred 
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles required  
• ERP system experience required; MS Dynamics NAV experience preferred 
• Strong analytical skills, computer, business solution software and advanced excel skills required 
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills required; Ability to interact with all levels of employees, management, and outside professionals required
