Sales Account Manager - SouthEast/Orlando or Atlanta

We’re looking for a passionate sales professional to maintain the momentum of our movement of improving patient outcomes during IV therapy. You will be responsible for growing revenue in your territory by developing relationships with hospitals and academic medical centers in your region. In partnership with the Area Sales Director, you will identify objectives with regard to account progress, growth and coverage, call patterns, competitive strategies and market opportunities.

This role will interact with several departments to develop sales forecasts to assist with operational planning, inventories, pricing and budgetary requirements. Additionally, as the primary point of contact for post-sale, you will ensure customer service satisfaction, retention, and identify business growth opportunities.

You will showcase exceptional organization as you will have an extensive but centralized travel schedule. By maintaining good documentation practices, you ensure our company is providing open and transparent communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, any life science or engineering related field
  • Three to five years of B2B medical sales experience
  • RepTrax, Vendormate, etc. credentialing required within 60 days of employment
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

Biomedical Manufacturing Technician

We’re in search of an experienced technician to assemble, repair, and test medical devices. You’re core responsibilities will include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment, production equipment maintenance and verification, management of equipment calibration, and compliance with training methods.

By documenting daily production activities following ivWatch Quality System requirements, you will ensure customers receive top-quality products.

Requirements:

  • Three to five years of manufacturing assembly experience in a regulated environment

Automation Engineer

ivWatch is a biosensor technology company focused on improving patient safety and the effectiveness of intravenous (IV) therapy. We’re continuing to expand our foothold in the U.S. and international markets, and each employee makes a significant contribution to the growth of the company. We’re small but scrappy and every employee is expected to be adaptable and take on a variety of work to get the job done. We are looking for an Automation Engineer to work closely with Production, Supply Chain and R&D to support the high volume manufacture of highly regulated medical devices.

In this visible role, you will provide hands-on implementation and programming of Cognex vision systems in a SCARA robotic arm workcell, program Universal Robot collaborative robotic arms such as UR5e’s, program Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC’s) such as Allen Bradley, automate assembly tasks for medical devices, perform Value Stream Mapping and partner with QA on preparing and approving process validations and other documents and procedures essential for regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • 3 -5 years as a mechanical, electrical, or aerospace engineer or relevant work experience with equipment automation engineering within the manufacturing industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in mechanical, electrical, or aerospace engineering
  • Advanced experience with project management software
  • Advanced knowledge and practical use of Microsoft Office systems (i.e., MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and other MS Tools)
  • SolidWorks/CAD modeling experience (certification preferred)
  • Advanced experience programming with JAVA and PLC’s
  • Proficiency of the English language, verbal and written format
  • Experience working in a highly- regulated environment preferred

Engineering Product Manager

We are looking for a technical Product Manager who will work with the Research & Development team to drive the vision and execution of new products.

In this visible role, you will develop ivWatch’s product strategy and roadmap based on customer feedback, market trends and business requirements.  You will work closely with engineering on designs for protypes and collaborate with marketing and sales on new product release and go-to-market strategy, pricing and initial forecasting. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or Life Science
  • 2-4 years of medical device product management experience
  • Strong familiarity with medical device product development lifecycle and knowledge of national and international medical device regulations
  • Experience vetting and leading new product development projects with vendors
  • Experience defining medical device requirements and collaborating with engineers on test protocols and reports
  • Preferred experience with biosensor technology

What happens after I apply?
We take a similar approach to each application we receive for those interested in becoming a part of the ivWatch team.
1. The recruiting team will review your application with the hiring team and will email you to let you know if you’ll be moving forward in the interview process.
2. Applicants we would like to get know further are invited to participate in the interview process. Interviews may include some or all of the following: phone interviews, virtual interviews, and/or onsite interviews.
3. If selected, you will be sent an offer letter and new hire information.
How should I dress for my interview?

Normal dress attire for the company is business casual.

INTERNSHIPS

ivWatch has an internship and cooperative program that enables students to share their knowledge, ideas and creativity. We offer three-month internships which allow you to work alongside industry experts on meaningful and challenging projects related to your fields of study. We recommend a 3.25 GPA or higher in your course of study.
