Pete Spadaro, Project Manager

I joined ivWatch in December 2017, but was aware of the company and followed their technology and success for some time.  I was excited for the opportunity to join and be part of their continued growth. 

In my role as Project Manager, I am able to contribute to multiple product development and business projects while working with multiple teams across the organization.  One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is knowing I am part of innovative organization that provides breakthrough technology helping to reduce IV injuries.  It is an incredible solution to a very serious problem. 

ivWatch is an incredibly innovative company.  I am able to contribute my skills and experience across the organization, as well as continually learn from other members of the team.  The culture at ivWatch is all about teamwork and it is amazing to be part of such a dedicated group of people.

How do I apply?
We’re excited that you’re interested in being part of our team. Open positions are posted online, and applications are accepted via our website www.ivWatch.com/careers or through email at hr@ivwatch.com
What happens after I apply?
We take a similar approach to each application we receive for those interested in becoming a part of the ivWatch team.
1. The recruiting team will review your application with the hiring team and will email you to let you know if you’ll be moving forward in the interview process.
2. Applicants we would like to get know further are invited to participate in the interview process. Interviews may include some or all of the following: phone interviews, virtual interviews, and/or onsite interviews.
3. If selected, you will be sent an offer letter and new hire information.
How should I dress for my interview?
Everyday dress code is jeans casual – polos, sweaters, skirts and slacks. When investors or our Board comes to visit, we spiff it up to business casual or better.
Can I make a video cover letter?
Absolutely. We value creativity and want to see your story. Don’t forget to include a traditional resume after you have dazzled us with your video.

INTERNSHIPS

ivWatch has an internship and cooperative program that enables students to share their knowledge, ideas and creativity. We offer three-month internships which allow you to work alongside industry experts on meaningful and challenging projects related to your fields of study. We recommend a 3.25 GPA or higher in your course of study.
